They find out that Michael is a double agent, working for the CIA and the KGB, and is on the run from both after stealing a dangerous bio-weapon and a large amount of money. Michael eventually takes Lauren hostage, but she escapes, and by the time the whole ordeal is over, Lauren and Sandy have become genuine friends.

Legal Eagles (1986)
Chelsea has been accused of stealing a painting from a Manhattan art dealer. Her attorney, Laura Kelly, is so certain that the case involves far more than a stolen painting, that she involves D.A. Tom Logan in the investigation. Tom learns that Chelsea''s father was an art collector and that Chelsea witnessed a fire in their home as a small child. The fire was thought to have destroyed the entire collection, so when one of the paintings goes on display at a Manhattan gallery, Tom realizes that Laura was right.
