BIOGRAPHY

Chris Palermo began his career as a stuntman in Hollywood films and television in the early 1990s. His first project was the Hollywood cop drama "Inside Edge" (1992), starring Michael Madsen. His next project came in 1995, when he did stunts on the Damon Wayans army comedy "Major Payne". That same year he appeared in the notorious drama "Showgirls" (1995). Throughout the 90s, Palermo varied his stuntwork, working on dramas like "Pacific Blue" (USA 1996-2000) and "Nash Bridges" (CBS, 1996-2001), as well as comedy series like "Arli$$" (HBO, 1996-2002), and "MADtv" (FOX, 1995-2016). Palermo also did a fair amount of work in the world of feature films. He appeared in "L.A. Confidential" (1997), "Batman & Robin" (1997), and "Bean" (1997), among others. This trend continued and in the early 2000s, in addition to occasional work on television shows, Palermo did stuntwork on a number of high profiles movies such as "Monkeybone" (2001), "Zoolander" (2001), "Rock Star" (2001), "Analyze That" (2002), "The Terminal" (2004) and "A Series of Unfortunate Events" (2004). In addition to stuntwork, Palermo also worked as a stunt driver in films like "Sleepless" (2017) and "Live by Night" (2016). He also worked as a stunt coordinator on projects such as "The Mindy Project" (Hulu, 2012-). Some of Palermo's most celebrated work came in high-profile action movies like "The Perfect Storm" (2000), and the Matt Damon vehicle "The Bourne Legacy" (2012).
