Throughout Brown's Hollywood career, Sawyer Brown had a variety of powerful musical performances. Brown's acting career began with roles in the series "Austin City Limits" (PBS, 1974-) and "On Stage" (The Nashville Network, 1988-1993). Brown appeared in a number of television specials, including "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" (NBC, 1986-87) and "A Country Music Celebration: The 30th Anniversary of the Country Music Assocation" (CBS, 1987-88). In the nineties, Brown devoted Brown's time to various credits, such as "The American Music Awards" (ABC, 1992-93), "The Best of Country '92: Countdown at the Neon Armadillo" (ABC, 1992-93) and "Hot Country Jam '94" (NBC, 1993-94). Brown also worked on "The 29th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards" (NBC, 1993-94). Brown's music was most recently used in "Bad Santa" (2003). Brown continued to exercise Brown's talent in the nineties, taking on a mix of projects like "The 32nd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards" (NBC, 1996-97), "The Beach Boys: Nashville Sounds" (Disney, 1996-97) and "Sawyer Brown: Where Christmas Goes" (The Nashville Network, 1997-98).
