Once Again, The Biography Is Of Someone ELSE
- Shari Davenport
I'm at a loss to discover the explanation for this continual foul up in the listing of so many actor's biographies, wherein the information listed is for a totally different individual. This one is another case of this ridiculous mix up. I have no idea who "Leonard Gaines" is, but given that (at least) the filmography seems to be accurate, with the last movie listed for RICHARD Gaines taking place in 1961, it is at the very least, completely ludicrous to expect anyone familiar with Richard Gaines' career to accept the biography posted under the name "Leonard Gaines" to be any kind of a match. It begins by stating - "Leonard Gaines was widely known for his acting on the big screen. Gaines kickstarted his acting career with films like "New York, New York" (1977) and "Blue Collar" (1978) ..." - Particularly with Richard's acting career already having a firmly established timeline in the 1940's, with such movies as "The More The Merrier," "The Enchanted Cottage," and "Tender Comrade." Hopefully, someone with the power to correct this grievous error will do so, placing Richard's accurate biography here, and Leonard's wherever it truly belongs.
T.V Series Perry Mason
Richard Gaines played a judge in a couple of the Perry Mason series. There is on mention of this in his filmography. One came on 2day (4/23/12) The Case of the Lost Last Act in 1959. Also one of the Alfred Hitchcock series
