Gerald Gordon was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Gordon's early acting career was founded on his roles in various dramas, such as "Ben Jerrod" (NBC, 1962-63), "General Hospital" (ABC, 1962-2014) and "The Doctors" (NBC, 1962-1983). He also worked in film during these years, including roles in the Tony Curtis comedic drama "40 Pounds of Trouble" (1963) and "One Man's Way" (1964). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Highcliffe Manor" (NBC, 1978-79). He also starred in the TV movies "Force Five" (1974-75), "It Happened at Lake Wood Manor" (ABC, 1977-78) and "The Day the Women Got Even" (NBC, 1980-81). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the Fred "The Hammer" Williamson action movie "Hell Up in Harlem" (1973). Additionally, he appeared on the television special "My Dissident Mom" (CBS, 1986-87). Gordon put his acting skills to use in films like the Natasha Richardson biopic drama "Patty Hearst" (1988) and "Driving Force" (1989) with Sam J. Jones. Stage actress known as Jewell St. Ledger, Gloria was married to actor Charles Aldrich, and is the mother of actor Gale Gordon. The family lived in England and moved to the U.S. in 1915. Gloria is best remembered as playing Mrs. O'Reilly in the television series, "My Friend Irma."
