After that, Grove moved into television with regular and guest-starring roles and appeared on popular U.S. television series such as the medical drama "ER," the adolescent comedy "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch," and the superhero show "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman." He also starred as Kalain in the science fiction drama series "Babylon 5," about interstellar war. Two of his most well-known film roles came one after the other: in 1991, Grove played Cullen in Kathryn Bigelow's high-octane thriller about bank-robbing surfers, "Point Break," after which he took the role of Duke Henry the Red in Sam Raimi's 1992 medieval horror comedy "Army of Darkness," the third film in Raimi's cult "Evil Dead" trilogy.
