This movie is absolutely hilarious especially for those of us who enjoy black comedy. Dom DeLuise had me roaring with laughter throughout. Highly recommend this movie that will make your sides ache with laughter!

Ok first off I thought this would be a very silly slapstick film (the cover makes it look that way). It took me a while to decide to watch this movie because of this reason. But after viewing it I have to say that I am surprised at how human this movie is. It has heart and it has humor in the right doses. I do think that Dom DeLuise steals the show in his hilarious personification of a dangerous crazy man (I thought he would come off as too wacky). I think he delivered the right dose. Reynolds outing as a director is perfect to the T. I recommend this film.

*** I don't watch many movies beyond the 1950's, but I liked this one. Yes, Burt was hammy, but I found the movie very funny, and at times hilarious.
