This is a movie adults will likely enjoy more than children. A 27-year old single woman who has a successful career is planning a working vacation in the country. While making preparations, her 10-year-old self begins haunting her with unpleasant childhood memories bringing unresolved hurts and issues, including how she never fit into her family, to the surface. It's a journey of self-discovery that most of us take at some point: of learning who she is, where she best fits in, what she really wants to do, and of finding people in her life with whom she belongs. Though the plot is slow-moving, the viewer is loathe to leave when the movie ends. The art work and ambiance of the film alone are worth the purchase price.
